This notice describes the information handled by the site as it works today. The sample preview uses fictional information and does not create a real trip or guest record.
Information entered in an account
The organizer account pages ask for an email address and password, and an optional name. The account area can store organizer accounts, workspace names, workspace membership, and invitation email addresses when those features are used. It does not currently provide real trip guest records or a private guest finance portal.
Website analytics
When analytics is configured for the site, it uses PostHog to record page views, browser interactions, and error events. The site code uses browser cookies and local storage for analytics, and session storage for campaign source tags. If analytics is not configured, that analytics code does not initialize.
Trip payments
Pactinerary does not collect or hold trip payments. A real trip payment is handled directly with the organizer, advisor, or travel supplier. Do not enter card or bank details in the sample preview.
Preview information
Names, responses, dates, itinerary details, and amounts in the preview are fictional. Your changes stay in the page while it is open and are cleared when you restart it or leave.
Retention and account requests
This site does not publish a data-retention period or provide a self-service account deletion control. It also does not publish a direct support contact for data requests. Until those details are available, avoid creating an account or entering information that you may need to retrieve or delete later.
Information to keep out
Do not enter passport details, payment-card or bank information, government identifiers, health details, or other sensitive personal information. The sample preview does not need personal information.
